This workshop covers essential steps and strategies to establish and grow a successful therapy business. Topics include planning, setting up the practice, client acquisition and retention, financial management, and peer support. By mastering these areas, therapists can effectively manage their business while providing high-quality care to their clients.

About the Speaker Kelsey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s of Social Work from Florida State University. Her diverse experience includes working in inpatient detox and outpatient substance abuse programs, providing case management support to the HIV-positive homeless population, and serving on the intensive team for the housing program at the VA.  She has now established a private group therapy practice with five Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs), bringing her extensive experience and compassionate care to a broader community.
