Kelly Inselmann, LCSW, will describe the process of integrating yoga and meditation with clinical social work through her Yoga and Talk therapy groups and with individual clients. There will be a short demonstration of possible practices, case examples, and the benefits of integrating these mind/body practices for treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, capacity for emotional self regulation and building rapport and cohesion in group. Ethical issues and potential concerns will be mentioned.
