Dean Allan Cole and committee chair Dr. Danielle Parrish announced the first round of Dean’s Awards, including the Fall 2024 Staff Excellence Award and Professional Development Fund Awards.
Dean’s Staff Excellence Award
Ezra Rebollar, grants and contracts specialist for OADR, received the Fall 2024 Dean’s Staff Excellence Award. Ezra’s nomination letter highlighted several of his contributions to our school, including excellence in enhancing OADR services, willingness to lend a hand wherever needed, and contributions to a positive culture within our community.
All nominated staff clearly made innovative, excellent and important contributions to our school. Those who submitted Fall 2024 nominations are encouraged to consider resubmitting these nominations with any updated information for the Spring 2025 Staff Excellence Award.
Staff Professional Development Funds
The Dean Cole and Dr. Parrish also announced nine staff professional development funds awarded to Natalie Fikac, Amanda Ryan, Anita Swanson, Aisol Otsos, Holly Beseda, Susan Salas, Rebecca Johnson, Brianne LaPelusa and Abby Mayhue. The Professional Development Fund Awards enable administrative and professional (A&P) and classified staff to apply for professional development support.
Additional awards will be announced later this semester. Applications for the Staff Excellence Award and the Professional Development Fund awards are due by this Friday, March 7.
