The Veteran Spouse Network (VSN) began in January 2016 as an online and in-person forum for veteran spouses in Texas to define resources and programming needs for themselves and their families.

Today, the VSN has grown to a network of more than 1,000 veteran spouses and committed partners. The VSN offers opportunities for members to connect, share resources and offer ongoing support and guidance within their community, throughout the state and across the country.

The VSN is part of the Institute for Military & Veteran Family Wellness, a joint initiative of the Steve Hicks School of Social Work and Dell Medical School Department of Health Social Work.
