Collabs

Goals & Outcomes

Investigators are encouraged to identify new projects with other RPC members and/or to invite students and peer RPC members to join their existing project teams, including grant writing and research activities.

RPCs should facilitate mentorship opportunities as members at different levels of seniority work together. We encourage each RPC to structure mentorship opportunities, for example by matching students, postdocs and junior faculty with more senior members.

RPCs are intended to foster scholarly activities but should also serve as a smaller, more accessible community for social connection. We encourage RPCs to identify ways to build personal connections between their members through social opportunities.
