The Community Partnership Development Committee is a group comprised of UT SHSSW Faculty and Staff, community partners from Central Texas agencies and UT SHSSW Students.

CPDC’s charge is to:

• Identify, screen, recruit and prepare community partners to develop and offer educationally sound field placements.

• Advise, respond and coordinate with the Field Education Committee regarding student and community needs and assets related to the field program.

• Engage members of the social work community on the committee as active allies of the Steve Hicks School of Social Work.
