Application Cycle is Closed
Thanks to a generous gift from the Moritz family, we have created a Student Support Fund to assist Steve Hicks School of Social Work students facing financial challenges related to education and cost-of-living expenses. Funding amounts starting at $500 will be disbursed in the form of a scholarship award to BSW students in December and MSSW students in March completing field internships. Funds issued may impact previously awarded financial aid.
Eligibility Requirements
The Moritz Family Student Support Fund provides support to BSW and MSSW students who:
- Are enrolled at the Steve Hicks School of Social Work in good academic standing in their final semester(s).
- Are not currently receiving funding from an agency or a grant-funded Scholar’s Program.
- Demonstrate financial need, as determined by the Steve Hicks School of Social Work, Student Financial Support Committee.
