TFI Family Services Inc. is a non-profit serving foster youth across several states. TFI has developed an indicator, the Appropriate Placement Level Indicator (APLI), for matching foster youth to placements. This project will examine the accuracy of the APLI in predicting placement stability to build evidence for using the indicator in placement decisions.
