Room Scheduling Policy

Faculty and staff at UT Social Work may reserve space in any UT Social Work-managed building for work and research-related activities.

  • Students who are members of an sponsored organization may reserve space in any UT Social Work-managed building.
  • Other university employees may inquire about reserving space, and they are subject to the expectations set forth in the university facilities policies.

All requests are subject to university policy compliance, availability, and final approval by UT Social Work leadership.
