Victoria Hui Holloman is a Project Manager with the SAMHSA-funded Opioid Response Network. She manages requests for Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Texas related to the prevention, treatment, and recovery of opioid and stimulant use disorders. She resides in Tulsa, OK. She received a Bachelors in Arts Management from the University of Tulsa and a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Arkansas. She has spent the majority of her career working with federal grants as a project manager and outreach coordinator in the field of substance use disorders.
Victoria serves the Tulsa community as a Board member and Program Committee Chair for Resonance Center for Women, a nonprofit focused on changing the lives of women affected by incarceration and addiction. She is also a member of the Junior League of Tulsa, a nonprofit focused on leadership and voluntarism training for women.
