Course: Parenting Interventions
Background: Veronica Vargas, LCSW, has over 15 years of experience in diverse medical and social justice environments. She currently serves as the Director of Counseling at Catholic Charities of Central Texas, where she is responsible for the supervision of staff and volunteers, for managing activities of the program, and ensuring compliance with applicable professional and agency standards and funding requirements, among other duties. Vargas is also a self-employed therapist who provides short-term counseling and psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and groups.
