Sabina Peerbhai is a maestro. She finely conducts her days between her analysis work for Capital Metro, harmonizing early childhood education efforts in the Ismaili Muslim community, and orchestrating the efforts of her household of 7. With an education in psychology, social work and career stints in the non profit, startup and IPO environments – her professional experience in Public Transportation, FinTech, HealthTech, and Volunteer Management makes her an all-rounder. Her first children’s book project, ‘The Blue Dog and the White Horse’, about the friendship that developed on a Texas ranch, was conceived during the pandemic. A double-graduate from the University of Texas at Austin, graduating with her MSSW in 2007, Sabina is excited to reconnect with the UT School of Social Work by serving on the SWAN Board.
