Mordecai Dixon (he/him/his), MA has worked in human services with diverse populations for thirty years. He is a masters level graduate with a specialization in Organizational Psychology. Mordecai has dedicated his career to improving service outcomes of organizations and the people impacted by services. Mordecai has worked with a variety of service organizations providing administrative support, operation management, quality management, training and staff development. He has provided leadership resulting in the development of programs in child welfare, transitional housing and homeless services, suicide prevention and crisis intervention, as well as championed program development of peer care coordination services. His passion for fostering diverse and equitable service environments is evidenced in work performed in profit and non- profit organizations. Mordecai believes organizational culture directly connects with service outcomes. His goal is to enhance the capacity of organizations, at all levels, serving those identified as most vulnerable.
