Mckenzie Bentley is a multimedia and communications specialist at the Texas Institute for Excellence in Mental Health. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Radio-Television-Film and a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Texas at Austin.
Mckenzie was one of 40 students selected for the inaugural class of the Moody Communication Honors Program, where she specialized in documentary storytelling.
Passionate about amplifying the voices of youth and individuals with lived experience in the mental health field, Mckenzie brings a robust background in video and podcast production, graphic design, editing, content marketing, and photography. She manages various YouTube channels and podcasts for the institute.
In her free time, Mckenzie enjoys playing with her dog Petunia, scuba diving, reading, and watching movies.
