Kristin Organ joined the Office of the Associate Dean for Research (OADR) in early 2021. She is the administrative associate to the Associate Dean for Research, Dr. Catherine Cubbin.
Kristin holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and has been involved with human services agencies over the past years. Kristin was employed at Meals on Wheels Central Texas for ten years and oversaw the supplemental programs the agency offers in order to provide a holistic approach to care. She has also worked with the Human Rights Documentation exchange in an effort to help detainees seek political asylum. Kristin volunteered for over ten years with the Inside Books Project (an Austin-based community service volunteer organization that sends free books and educational materials to prisoners in Texas).
