With over 15 years of leadership in child welfare, nonprofit management, and strategic fundraising, Kori Gough currently serves as Director of Heart Galleries of Texas, where she leads efforts to build a statewide network of Heart Gallery programs to improve adoption outcomes for youth in foster care. Previously, she spent nearly a decade as Executive Director of Partnerships for Children, significantly growing its operating budget and expanding programs serving Central Texas children and families involved with Child Protective Services. Her career also includes years as a consultant specializing in board development and fundraising strategy, and she has held numerous leadership roles on state and regional child welfare boards. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, she is known for her expertise in collaboration, resource development, and advancing real solutions for children and families.
