Kathryn Kalinowski

Kathryn Kalinowski (she/her/hers) is a Technology Transfer Specialist with the Opioid Response Network for Region 6 (Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arkansas, and Louisiana). In her role, she works with requesters across the region to provide free training and education on prevention, treatment, and recovery to address opioid, stimulant and all substance use disorders. She started her career as a paralegal in public international law before joining the University of Texas at Austin to work on projects aimed at improving environmental, economic, and clinical health in Texas at the School of Law and Dell Medical School. She resides in Austin and is a member of Cap Metro’s Public Safety Advisory Committee.
