Kamar Nassor serves as the Assistant Dean for Business Affairs in the Steve Hicks School. As the School’s chief business officer, he advises the Dean and SHS leadership on all financial matters and manages the day-to-day operations as well as human resources.
Dean Nassor brings a wealth of experience to this work, having served as Chief Business Officer in UT’s School of Information from 2008 to 2022. Previously, he worked in UT’s Payroll Services on insurance and retirement-related matters. A proud Longhorn, Dean Nassor received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
