Joyce has been employed with UT for almost 19 years. Originally from San Antonio, she has lived in Round Rock for 22 Years. Married for 30 years, she loves to cook, eat, and especially loves to replicate cuisine at home. She enjoys spending time tending to the lawn and garden and play with her dogs Tito and Gohan. She also enjoys spending time tutoring her son in Calculus, Python, and C++ programming. She holds a first degree black belt in Kung Fu and a white belt in Tai Chi.
