Course: Generalist Social Work Practice Knowledge Value Skills
Background: Jennifer Lawson, PhD, LMSW, currently serves as the Director of Research and Evaluation at the Texas Alliance of Child and Family Services. In that role, she designs and implements research and evaluation components of all agency projects, in addition to many other duties. She has previously worked as an Assistant Professor at Texas State University San Marcos School of Social Work, a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Texas at Austin LBJ School of Public Affairs, and as the Evaluation Capacity Building Consultant at the Child Welfare Capacity Building Collaborative Center for the States.
