Hannah Bobker (she/her) is the Program Evaluator for TxCOPE. She earned her MSSW from the Steve Hicks School of Social Work in August 2023 and her BA in political science and public health from Muhlenberg College in 2017. From 2018 to 2021, she taught English in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where she became fluent in Spanish. She gained evaluation experience through data consulting fellowships with the RGK Center for Philanthropy and Community Service and Capacity Catalyst. She brings her enthusiasm for helping organizations capture and report on the impact of their services to her role at ARI. In addition to serving TxCOPE, Hannah also conducts monitoring and evaluation for SHIFT, a campus-wide initiative designed to shift the way we think about and address substance use for students at The University of Texas at Austin.
