Erin Cantrell-Martinez, a creative minded social and environmental justice and wellness advocate, has an interest in helping provide more equitable access to both traditional and nontraditional career opportunities in the field of social work. Erin brings over 15 years of administrative and executive support experience across a range of diverse industries, including her roles as executive assistant for the Program Director for Arts and Culture at The Mellon Foundation and executive assistant to the Vice Dean of Academic Affairs at Columbia University Medical Center. Throughout her various roles, she has specialized in project management, events planning, human resources coordination and client services support. As an advocate of creating equitable and sustainable food access, Erin is an alumna of Farming In Relationship to Earth program at SoulFire Farm and an Immersion Program Applicant Reviewer for their 2023 programs. She holds a BA in Liberal Arts with concentrations in anthropology and music from Sarah Lawrence College and a Masters Certificate in Healthcare Policy and Administration from CUNY School of Professional Studies.
