Erin Cantrell brings a heart-centered, holistic approach to career development as a certified Cliftons Strengths coach and Life Design practitioner at the DiNitto Career Center. Recognizing that career development is a deeply personal journey that encompasses the whole person, she partners with students and alumni at every stage of their career journey, helping them explore possibilities, discover their strengths, and forge meaningful professional paths. Her coaching philosophy emphasizes meeting each individual where they are, while providing personalized support and practical strategies for career success.
Prior to joining the DiNitto Career Center, Erin gained extensive experience in complex organizational environments through her executive support roles at the Mellon Foundation, Columbia University Medical Center, and Memorial Sloan Kettering. In these positions, she developed expertise in non profit administration, project management, strategic planning, and relationship building while supporting high-level initiatives across arts and culture, healthcare, and education sectors. She holds a BA in Liberal Arts from Sarah Lawrence College and a Masters Certificate in Healthcare Policy and Administration from CUNY School of Professional Studies, bringing a rich understanding of diverse career paths to her coaching practice.
