David retired as a senior partner with Ernst & Young LLP (EY), where he last served as the coordinating partner overseeing global services some of EY’s largest clients. David had 40 years of experience at EY where he successfully served clients in a variety of industries and held numerous leadership positions. After retirement from EY, David joined the board of a leading NASDQ registered payment technology company, where he served as both the lead director and the chair of the audit committee. Committed to making a difference in his community, David served as Chairman of the Board for The Atlanta Community Food Bank and The Fernbank Natural History Museum. David currently serves on the Advisory Council for University of Texas School of Social Work. He is also very active in EY’s partner mentoring program, where he mentors less experienced partners. David was a CPA and earned his BBA, Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. He is married and has three successful children who work in the law, nurse practitioner and social work professions.
