Courtney Chambers (she/her) is the Project Manager for TxCOPE at the Addiction Research Institute. She earned a BA in Feminist Studies from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas and a Master of Public Health from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois. Her career has focused on sexual and reproductive health, stigma eradication, and culture change and before coming to ARI she was the Texas Advocacy Director for Whole Woman’s Health Alliance, an abortion provider and advocacy organization based in Austin. Before that she was the Regional Assistant Director for the Midwest AIDS Education + Training Center in Chicago and a board member at Chicago Women’s Health Center. In her free time Courtney loves to eat good food, read fiction, and travel to far away places.
