Chad Lancaster is an experienced event coordinator at the University of Texas, working with the Office of Professional Development at the Steve Hicks School of Social Work. With a strong background in project management and event logistics, he excels in coordinating large-scale conferences and initiatives across multiple state agencies. His responsibilities include venue selection, vendor management, and overseeing all aspects of event development and execution, ensuring that each event runs smoothly and successfully.
Prior to his role at the University of Texas, Chad served as a Program Specialist at the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) for five years. In this position, he managed complex projects, developed detailed implementation plans, and coordinated with various stakeholders to ensure successful project rollouts. His expertise in creating and maintaining reports, managing program activities, and supporting contracting staff made him a key asset in the organization’s operations.
