Background: Annahita Varahrami, MSSW, The University of Texas at Austin, has worked as a psychotherapist, a board member and chair of the Austin Center for Grief and Loss, and has had various roles at IBM. Varahrami currently serves as the Senior UX Manager/Director at Procore. Varahrami’s skills include team management, UX research, change management, and workplace culture, and the methods practiced are design thinking, psychological safety, radical collaboration, and agile/scrum practices.
