Alejandra joined the AdoptUSKids Evaluation Team in August 2023. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, focusing on child behavior and development. Her experience includes working as an in-clinic behavioral therapist for children, assessing and diagnosing needs, and applying behavioral intervention programs to help patients and their families set and achieve goals related to behavior, social skills, and life skills. Alejandra most recently worked at a tech company where she developed her skills in research, technology, administrative support, people management, project coordination, and data analysis and reporting. With her background, she supports the team in data collection, analysis, and reporting, and survey administration. Alejandra currently lives in Jonestown, just north of Austin, where she spends her free time out exploring nature with her dog Lila and discovering new places in the Central Texas area.
