Alejandra joined the AdoptUSKids Evaluation Team in August 2023. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, where she focused on child behavior and development. Her professional journey combines direct service and research, beginning as a behavioral therapist supporting children and families and later expanding into roles in the tech sector, where she strengthened her skills in project coordination, data analysis, and team support.
At UT Social Work, Alejandra supports an evaluation team with data collection and analysis, survey administration, and report preparation to inform program planning and improvement. She brings a strong interest in the intersection of research, practice, and systems-level change to her work. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, connecting with friends and family, and finding new ways to stay active.
