Elizabeth Flint is a Project Manager with the UT Social Work’s Addiction Research Institute. She works on both the South Southwest Addiction Technology Transfer Center (ATTC) and the Texas Recovery‐Oriented System of Care–Training and Technical Assistance (ROSC‐TTA) project. She focuses on developing, implementing, and evaluating complex projects, providing training and technical assistance, and event coordination at ARI. Prior to her current role, she worked with providers, funders, youth and families, communities, legislative staff to improve the lives of young adults in foster care. Her background and skill set align well with the field of substance use and addiction, where she emphasizes collaboration, person-centered care, and creating inclusive spaces where everyone has a seat at the table. Elizabeth graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor’s in social work.
