TIEMH is partnering with the Commonwealth of Virginia to conduct virtual fidelity visits with 10 early psychosis coordinated specialty care teams using the First Episode Psychosis Services Fidelity Scale (FEPS-FS). The TIEMH Team observes a CSC team meeting, meets individually with all CSC team members, supports the CSC team leader and a site quality assurance specialist to collect necessary information from the site’s electronic health record to score the FEPS-FS. The TIEMH Team then meets virtually with each team to provide their scores and recommendations for quality improvement. The TIEMH Team will share cross-site insights with the Commonwealth CSC leadership and provide tailored training and coaching to support cross-site quality improvement efforts.
