The Texas Technology Access Program (TTAP) leads the state’s efforts to carry out the federal 21st Century Assistive Technology Act administered through the Administration of Community Living, Health and Human Services. AT Act programs support State Level activities (device demonstration, device lending, state financing, device reuse) and State Leadership activities (education, technical assistance, and public awareness) to enable people with disabilities and those who are aging to live the lives they desire with the help of assistive technology. Information on AT Act Grant obligations can be found on the AT3 website.
