Kailee Paramore is the Development Operations Manager at UT Social Work. In this role, Kailee oversees the advancement operations for SSW Development. She acts as the frontline for both internal and external inquiries for the Development team, leads donor stewardship efforts and manages annual projects such as faculty letters and the Endowment Donor Appreciation Reception.
A proud Longhorn, Kailee earned her bachelor’s degree from The Moody College of Communication in 2020, majoring in Human Relations. Prior to her current role at SSW, Kailee worked at a local nonprofit before starting her careers in UT’s central development office in 2023.
In her free time, Kailee enjoys exploring Austin with her son, Elliott, going for walks, and cooking new recipes.
