Lunch Seminar

October 25, 2013 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

“From the Sonoran Desert to Capitol Hill: How faith-based activists shape the immigration debate. A case study from Tucson and Washington, D.C.,” by Christian Henkel. Room 2.116.  Bring your own lunch.

Christian Henkel will present his research and will facilitate a discussion on the role of faith-based [and other] groups as both social service providers and lobbyists in the immigration controversy. A special focus will be given to the research’s methodology, which uses mind maps to structure complex interview situations.
