Tommy has worked with small to large independent oil and gas exploration and production operators and with major gas transmission companies in all facets of their business. He graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 1972 with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree, majoring in Petroleum Land Management. He received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the South Texas College of Law Houston in 1977.
