Caitlin Sulley, LMSW

Research Project Director

Caitlin Sulley is a Research Project Director at the Institute on Domestic Violence & Sexual Assault at the School of Social Work at The University of Texas at Austin.

She currently oversees research initiatives focused on interpersonal violence, victim-centered practices, and the criminal justice system. She has served survivors of sexual assault and family violence in law enforcement and community-based settings.

Prior to moving to Austin, she worked in the maternal and child health field in New Jersey. Ms. Sulley received her Master of Science in Social Work in 2013 and is a Licensed Master Social Worker in the State of Texas.

Violence against women; social justice; interpersonal violence; multidisciplinary response to sexual assault; victim services; trauma-informed care; social and public policy; research and evaluation.
