Katherine Ogle is a research engineering/scientist associate with the Steve Hicks School of Social Work’s Addiction Research Institute. She received her bachelor of sciences and arts in Neuroscience with minors in Psychology and Sociology and a pre-health professions certificate from the University of Texas at Austin. During her time at UT, she worked as a research assistant in many clinical psychology research labs and after graduation, she worked as a summer research fellow at the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development. Her tenure at the School of Social Work began in October 2021. She is passionate about studying the intersections of mental health, sexual health, and substance use. Katherine also enjoys spending time with her two dogs
