Julianne has worked in private practice in Amarillo, where she also served on the Potter County Child Welfare Board. She received her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin in 1982, her B.S. in Nursing from West Texas A&M in 1995, and her Master of Social Work from UT Arlington in 1998.
