How do I post a position with DCCS?
Employers can post jobs and internships through our online employment bulletin, Steer Your Career, by simply registering your agency. All posting are reviewed by office staff before approval. See more details about posting jobs and posting internships.
What happens after I submit a position listing to DCCS?
Your job or internship posting is listed in our employment bulletin platform, Steer Your Career. We also publicize your opportunity to students via our career services listserv, which is e-mailed weekly. Interested students contact you directly per your instructions in your posting.
How much does it cost to work with the DiNitto Center for Career Services?
All services to employers are free.
Can students receive academic credit for their internships?
Students in the UT School of Social Work have an intensive field experience requirement. To find out if your volunteer position qualifies for a student to receive credit please contact Tanya Voss, Field Education Director, at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at (512) 471-0510.
