Caitlin Sulley, LMSW

Research Project Director

Caitlin Sulley is Director of the Sexual Assault Research Portfolio and Director of Strategic Partnerships at the School of Social Work’s Institute on Domestic Violence & Sexual Assault (IDVSA). She currently oversees research and training initiatives focused on institutional response to sexual assault, victim-centered practices, gender-based violence among college populations, and victim engagement in the criminal justice system. She has served survivors of sexual assault and family violence in law enforcement and community-based settings.

Prior to moving to Austin, she worked in the maternal and child health field in New Jersey. Sulley received her Master of Science in Social Work in 2013 and is a Licensed Master Social Worker in the State of Texas.
